The Story
With the sole aim to help blue collar workers find suitable jobs overseas, Asia Worker was formed.
Especially focussed on workers from Asian Nationalities, Asia Worker wanted to connect them to hiring agencies and employers worldwide.
Though there were too many portals for white collar employees, there was not a single portal or even database for hiring the blue collars.
The Product
We developed a powerful candidate search engine with an airtight database to enable companies to find the right worker for the job at hand.
Moreover, we created a filtration system to showcase detailed, verified profiles to relevant employers with a thoughtful addition of video interviews. This feature gave the employers real-time data and a fair chance to shortlist the right candidate.
Along with these, we also integrated different channels like Whatsapp and SMS for employers and candidates to directly communicate with each other. To assist blue collar workers in building a great resume, we integrated a resume builder in the platform.
