As we approach the halfway point of the calendar year, I wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the work that the HR department has been doing in 2023. We’ve been attending conferences, webinars, and implementing new programs to benefit our employees.Here are some highlights of our activities till date:

HR Summit:

In March, our team attended the HR Summit, which brought together HR professionals from all over India to discuss the latest trends and best practices in the field. We gained a lot of valuable insights and were able to bring back some great ideas to implement in our own company.

Webinar on ChatGPT for HR’s:

In April, we attended a webinar on the use of ChatGPT for HR’s, which is a new technology that has been gaining popularity in the industry. We learned how this technology can be used to streamline HR processes and improve employee engagement.

Conducted a session for managing finances:

In April, we organized a session on managing finances for our employees which was conducted by Mr. Vishal Umrikar (Financial Planner, Member of Million Dollar Round Table, U.S.A) who is having 15+years of experience as a Financial Consultant. We understand the importance of financial management and wanted to provide our employees with the tools they need to manage their money effectively.

Implemented an Employee Rewards & Recognitions Program:

In March, we implemented an Employee Rewards & Recognitions Program to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and dedication. This program has been well received by our employees and has helped to boost morale and increase engagement.


Launching a Newsletter activity:

Starting from May, we are launching a monthly Newsletter to keep our employees updated on the latest happenings in the company, industry news, and other relevant topics.


We are also planning some exciting activities for the near future, including employee Outdoor Sports, Creative Workshops, in-house games, in-house Technical/Non-Technical trainings, CSR activities, and team outings. We believe that these activities will help to create a positive and engaging work environment, and we look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
