Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategies to generate fresh sales leads.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline, assuming ownership of the client database.
- Develop effective outreach strategies to acquire new leads, leveraging methods such as cold calling, networking, and engagement with professional media.
- Nurture leads through consistent efforts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create comprehensive sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and decks.
- Contribute to revenue growth objectives, actively supporting the organization in maximizing profitability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Possess a deep understanding of data research tools to enrich market insights.
- Navigate complex, high-value deals adeptly by fostering strong relationships and engaging in negotiations with multiple stakeholders, thereby playing a pivotal role in organizational success.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in working within the Eastern Time Zone (US Hours).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.

- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with US dialing will be highly regarded.
