Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn communications.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Schedule potential client appointments with the business development manager and assist in further development and closure of your leads.
- Maintain your database, build a pipeline of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Assist the BDM in after sales and customer success and relations management.
- Assist in closing of sales, achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Inside Sales / Business Development Experience (IT)
- Track record of above average sales performance
- Proficient with Microsoft office, CRM and other corporate tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong command over English
- Ability to quick learning, multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- IT / Related education would be a plus
