Sr. Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn communications.
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements.
  3. Schedule potential client appointments with the business development manager and assist in further development and closure of your leads.
  4. Maintain your database, build a pipeline of prospects within your assigned territory.
  5. Assist the BDM in after sales and customer success and relations management.
  6. Assist in closing of sales, achieve monthly & quarterly targets.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-4 years of Inside Sales / Business Development Experience (IT)
  2. Track record of above average sales performance
  3. Proficient with Microsoft office, CRM and other corporate tools
  4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  5. Strong command over English
  6. Ability to quick learning, multi-tasking and manage time effectively
  7. IT / Related education would be a plus

Woke Mode – Work From Office (Baner , Pune)
Work Timing – 2 PM to 12 Midnight
