We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead for WordPress Development to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress theme and plugin development. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of WordPress developers and ensuring that our clients’ projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of WordPress developers in the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites and applications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong focus on theme and plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Expertise in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
- Experience leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, database structure, and APIs.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
